Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bun app. By downloading or using Bun, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

Da Vida LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bun on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Not professional advice

Bun is a journaling companion, not an advisor. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing it says should be relied on as such. Bun is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified professional for advice about your health or other important decisions. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your content

The recordings, transcripts, and entries you create are yours. They are stored on your device and in your own private iCloud, and you are responsible for them. Bun relies on your Apple iCloud account for storage and sync; managing your iCloud storage, and any backups, is between you and Apple.

Purchases

Bun may offer a paid upgrade. Any purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store and is subject to Apple's terms. Billing, refunds, and Family Sharing are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Bun, including attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

Intellectual property

Bun, including its name, design, and software, is owned by Da Vida LLC and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of warranties

Bun is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcripts or summaries will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Da Vida LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of Bun.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of Bun after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to Bun or these terms will be the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
